Refund policy

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns and Exchanges: Apparel, Drinkware 

If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase of Dark Pool apparel, or drinkware, we will gladly accept your returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, You will need the digital invoice with order number.

  • If 30 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Returns will be refunded to the original payment method and or store credit.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be returned unworn, unwashed or undamaged with all original tags attached.
  • To return your product, you can mail it directly to the below address or you can contact us customerservice@darkpoolcoffee.com and we will provide a free return label via mail or e-mail:

For exchanges, we ask that you include the digital invoice with order number, as well as what size/color/style you would like in exchange. Once we receive your item, we will process a new order to ship out to you. Keep in mind that inventory is limited and we cannot put an item on hold for you. So, you may be contacted to choose an alternative if the option you want is no longer available (once we receive your original). 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of your initial shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact customer service immediately  customerservice@darkpoolcoffee.com


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as coffee, steeped coffee single serve packets). If there is physical damage to the packaging, (coffee, steeped coffee single serve packets) can be exchanged for the same blend(or a similar blend of equal or lesser value) at no cost to you. Please contact customerservice@darkpoolcoffee.com for a replacement. Please do not send back your damaged coffee products.
