An account will keep track of your order history. an account will also allow you to manage your subscription. Creating an account also allows you the option to have an address book if you frequently send coffee to your friends and family!

We have our coffee roasted right here in the Texas Hill Country. 

We offer Ground and Whole bean options for our customers. Shop our Coffee!

At Dark Pool Coffee we’re all about bringing you the freshest Coffee possible. This means your coffee is roasted within 1-2 days of your order and shipped out as soon as possible.  Our goal is to receive your order, roast and ship to your door in less than one week or seven business days. Order a few bags to share with you and your friends, family and community

Normally we would tell you however you like! But here are a few suggestions and brew methods. Examples: Drip, Pour Over,  French Press, Cold Brew, Moka Pot or Espresso! View our Brewing Methods.

Coffee is best stored in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. You do not want your beans exposed to light or humidity, as it can compromise the freshness and quality!

Absolutely! 

While not currently certified vegan our coffee does not contain any milk, egg, or dairy products. Currently, we do not offer any certified organic varieties.

While not currently certified, our coffee does NOT contain any gluten or wheat ingredients. 

Our Muse Blend and Gambit Blend are tri blends meaning beans from three different origins. Each blend does contain one, Fair Trade Organic bean in the roast.

While not currently certified, our coffee is free of all major allergens recognized by the FDA. This includes: dairy, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soybeans.

Short version 8 month shelf life! Why? Due to Steeped’s innovations they have been able to achieve sustainable packaging, but also high-performance materials that keep moisture and oxygen out. Each of our Steeped Packs are triple nitrogen sealed for freshness—by eliminating the oxygen, no oxidation can occur, which is what makes food go bad. Our combined processes essentially ‘stops the clock’ on freshly ground coffee and opens the door to convenience for the specialty coffee world obsessed with quality. Giving our Dark Pool Coffee Steeped packs an 8 month shelf life! 

No machines required! Just hot or cold water! 

From 2009-Present, enough K-Pods have been used to wrap around the planet 175 Times!!! Of unrecyclable plastic! Yikes! In 2020, Keurig converted all of its K-Cups pods from #7 plastic, which is nearly impossible to recycle, to recyclable # 5 plastic. Which makes recycling them slightly easier but through a couple of steps first, remove aluminum lid recycle that, dump grounds and then recycle pods as you would other plastics. Two different things need to be recycled in different recycle bins. Who has the time for that?! Another thing back in 2015 founder of Keurig K-Cups John Sylvan told the Atlantic that he actually regrets creating the coffee maker. That’s all you really need to know.
