What do you ship? 

All tangible items are suitable for shipping both domestically and Internationally (FPO/APO). All orders are safely packed to minimize risk of damage and tampering during shipment.

When do you ship?  

At Dark Pool Coffee we’re all about bringing you the freshest Coffee possible. This means your coffee is roasted within 1-2 days of your order and shipped out as soon as possible, usually (24-36 hours).  Our goal is to receive your order, roast and ship to your door in less than one week or seven business days. During promotional periods and holidays, shipments may be delayed by an additional (24-36 hours).

Where do you ship? 

We currently ship to all U.S. States,  and FPO/APO addresses.

How do you ship? 

Dark Pool currently uses USPS Priority Flat Rate Options. Shipping times in transit vary on the shipping destination, selected shipping rate and package weight. 

Our priority shipments are handled by USPS. Other carriers aside from USPS may ship to P.O. Boxes but are not ideal for HI, AK, and FPO/APO so we suggest USPS Priority.
